Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile Isobutyl angelate) from Gravel is an essential oil made from Roman Chamomile, a plant with the property of reducing pain in general. It has calming, relaxing, powerful antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is recommended to use in diffusion to relax and promote sleep: 15 minutes of diffusion before bedtime will suffice. To relieve anxiety, breathe directly for 2 to 3 seconds a bottle of essential oil of Roman chamomile. In the bath do not exceed 10 drops per bath and do not stay there for more than 20 minutes.
