Urban outfitters blue crop top with hibiscus flower on the front. The tag says a size large and I’m a medium with tank tops and this doesn’t fit me so I’d say it best fits a small. Only wore once or twice, there’s some very light pulls you can see in the second image, it’s very minor. About 13 and a half inches flat lay on the bust.
