Velux Tile Extension Flashing For Fixed Roof Window is designed to provide a weather tight seal between the roof window and roofing material. This low profile flashing is suitable for installing roof window in plain slate tiles with maximum profile of 14mm. The gutter overlaps a second section of the roof to help the water flow smoothly down the side of the window. The flashing apron fits perfectly to the roof material allowing the water to drain away.
