The label is difficult to decifer, but I think it reads 'Sivien Fashion Wear'.  Made from black floral lace and chiffon, the dress is completely sheer and can be layered over lingerie. Beautifully detailed with sheer lace panels and ruffles to the shoulders. Short cap sleeves with frayed edges, also works slightly off the shoulder. The cut makes it amazing to accessorize with a waspie corset or belt. Received sooo many compliments on this dress but I don't go anywhere to wear it anymore, so passing it on. In excellent preowned condition. May have very slight signs of previous wear under close inspection but no noted issues, faults or flaws.
