Suggested Use Take 1 capsule with or before a meal containing dairy. One capsule digests dairy products equivalent to one cup of whole milk. Other Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and silicon dioxide. Not manufactured with wheat, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.
