Vintage 70s Black Floral Maxi Dress with cold shoulder detail and waist tie. Gorgeous 70s retro piece with floral design, made in England, 100% polyester. No size label but fits size 6-10 as it has a waist tie and floaty sleeves. Small holes in fabric near the bottom of the zip, as shown in the last picture, not very noticeable when on due to gathers in the material.
