Can be off/on shoulder. Lining is elasticated and tie is adjustable. Cuffed baggy sleeves, can be made more baggy if worn off shoulder etc.) If you are tall, skirt may be too short for u Label says 8, skirt best for 6 (stretchy) but I reckon top is more flexible sizing
