The SOLID PINE white centre pivot window combines modern design with a reinforced frame for style and reliability. This manually operated RoofLITE window features centre pivot hinges for easy opening and is available in various sizes. Suitable for roof pitches between 15 to 90, it's perfect for heated loft spaces. The window has a white internal finish and is made using FSC certified wood. It boasts E1350 water tightness, Class 4 air permeability, and Class C4 wind resistance. The 24mm thick double glazing with two low E coatings offers excellent insulation and ventilation: Window 1.3 W/mK, Frame 1.0 W/mK, and sound reduction of 32 (-1;-5) dB. It has a grey aluminium cladding (RAL 7043) exterior and comes with a 10-year guarantee. The bottom handle allows for two ventilation positions. The window provides great thermal insulation with its FSC certified wood and toughened outer pane. An installation flashing kit is required for a 100% fit and should match the roofing material..
