Cast Iron is a sustainable material, fully recyclable after use, not 'downcycled'. Round rainwater pipes come in 65mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm diameters with lengths of 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, and 1.8m. Made by vertical casting, they offer uniform shape and thickness. The premier range includes 8 gutter profiles with capacities up to 3L/second. Premier pipes resist distortion from accidents or vandalism and withstand the weight of ladders, storms, and heavy snow. Properly installed and maintained, they can last over 100 years with minimal maintenance, like painting every 10 years. Cast iron is quiet in operation, not rattling in high winds, and doesn't expand or contract much in extreme temperatures, avoiding noisy clicking. All Premier rainwater products comply with BS460.
