Preloved Women's Scarf - Orange/Yellow

Women's shawl/turtleneck/scarf/poncho (?) I don't know what this thing is called! It has a polo/turtleneck style which I presume will fit anyone with a head that can fit through it! Chunky knit and tassels, no label so I'm not sure whether this is wool or acrylic!
