This economical Skyline Coping caps upstand parapets on pitched or flat roofs using a strap fixing method for a fully weatherproof cover without penetrating the coping, allowing ventilation over the wall. Suitable for wall thicknesses of 271mm to 300mm, it fits new and existing buildings in commercial, healthcare, residential, and public sectors. It offers clean lines with no visible fixings and excellent rigidity. Made from durable, non-corrodible, and lightweight aluminium, it's simple to install with minimal maintenance. This coping is UK-made from recyclable aluminium and comes in various widths and BBA-approved colors. Expect a lifespan of 40 years in rural/suburban areas and up to 25 years in industrial/marine areas. Fabricated from 2mm or 3mm thick aluminium alloy, it's mitred and welded for a smooth front finish. It has a thermal expansion coefficient of 23 x 10-6mm/m/C and needs a 3-4mm gap between sections.
