Suggested Use Spray twice in throat and swallow. Do not exceed 12 applications in a day. Other Ingredients Vegetable glycerine, purified water, citric acid, gum arabic, gum tragacanth. Contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. Warning Do not use during pregnancy. Sample any new throat product at least one day before using your voice professionally.
