Matcha green tea basic powder Bio is a very fine and high quality green tea that has a tradition in Japan for centuries. This tea is grown on plantations in southern Japan under rigorous organic standards. After drying and deveining the leaves, the leaves are finely ground in granite stone mills. It is recommended to put ½ teaspoon (1 g) of Matcha in a bowl and pour hot water at 80°, preferably soft water. Then froth the tea by beating it for about 15 seconds with a hand mixer. Once opened store in the refrigerator. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (2350 mg caffeine per 100 g).
