Lipsy Women's Bodycon Dress - Black - 10

Brand new with tags lipsy London black halter neck dress with wrap around leg slit at front and gold zip on back size 10. Petite but would also fit someone up to 5”8 as more of a mini rather than midi style. Bought for an event that I didn’t end up going to and it is now too small for me.
