Definitely feels more upmarket. The fabric is a nice synthetic imitation of crepe de chine. Quite floaty and light, but it also has enough of a weight to it to hang nicely, and it’s not see through, it’s opaque. Dainty fabric-covered domed buttons all the way down with fabric covered button hoops. V neck. Shoulder frill detail. Long sleeves with elasticated and frilled cuffs. Flattering cut with a waist tie which can be tied at the front or back (I have tied it at the back in the pics). No flaws or issues, perfect condition.
