Chitosan with Sotya Green Tea is an ideal food supplement to absorb ingested fats and improves digestion. Chitosan is a fiber (amino-polysaccharide) from the shell of crustaceans. Thanks to its structure and the "amino" group that forms it, in an acidic environment such as that of the stomach, it is capable of absorbing ingested fat.
