The cold waters off the coast of Iceland are the origin of the red algae Lithothamnion calcareum which is the main component of this product. This dried and pulverized red algae naturally has a high content of bioavailable calcium (greater than 31%) and magnesium (greater than 2%) as well as a set of 72 minerals. It is recommended to take 2.8 g daily.
