Marny's Essential oil of lavender 15 ml

Marnys Lavender Essential Oil, obtained by steam distillation of the flowers. Perennial shrub of the Labiadas family, with woody stems and provided with hairs. It is a common plant in the Mediterranean basin, which usually hybridizes giving rise to more resistant species. It usually grows in very dry places with a calcareous nature. Although it may not seem like it, lavender is a member of the same family as mint, and is a "distant relative" of rosemary, sage and thyme. It is a good idea to use it to complement these herbs, as it combines very nicely. A primary recipe for lavender is tea, which is soothing and refreshing, or also by adding a few drops of the essential oil to the apricot jam. It is recommended to always take diluted in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, ...). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
