Venactiv by Dietmed is a food supplement that activates venous circulation reducing edema in the legs. It is indicated in case of tired and heavy legs. Activates venous circulation, promotes elasticity and flexibility of blood vessels. It is recommended to take preferably before meals. Not recommended in individuals with Down syndrome (for long periods, due to 5-HTP). Saffron, in very high doses, can be emetic, cause uterine bleeding and be abortive (lethal dose at 12-20 grams). Due to the presence of 5-HTP, do not mix with antidepressant medications, with carbidopa, with dextromethorphan, meperidine, pentazocine and tramadol. As a general rule, you can increase the side effects of medications that increase serotonin levels.
