The natural Vitamin E8 formula provides 400 IU of Vitamin E including the 8 compounds of tocopherols and tocotrienols that make up vitamin E as it is found in nature. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. It is recommended to take daily with food. Consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols should be avoided.
