Nestle Optifast Vanilla Shake 12 sachets is a replacement for one or more main meals for weight control. With all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements in a complete diet. It is recommended to take for an exclusive diet (replace all meals of the day): 3 or 4 sachets a day. For a mixed diet (combine with usual foods): take 1 or 2 sachets. It is recommended to use under medical supervision, especially when used as an exclusive diet for more than 3 weeks. Suitable only for adults, unless otherwise indicated by a health professional. Keep in a cool and dry place. Once prepared, it can be kept covered at room temperature and consumed within a maximum period of 6 hours or up to 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
