Use the Energy Drink in combination with other products from their Energy Line for a complete fuelling strategy. How to mix: Mix 31g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and your sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30g of carbohydrates.
