Both Astenolit and Astenolit-dinamic contain L-carnitine, inositol, and vitamins B1, B6, and B12. In Astenolit we add two amino acids, L-glutamine and L-aspartic acid; instead, to Astenolit-dinamic we add eleutherococcus, rhodiola, magnesium and zinc. They are two products, with two specific and different formulas, for people with a different pace of life. Once the ampoule is opened, dilute its content in half a glass of water (100ml). It is recommended to take one a day, preferably in the morning, for 12 days.
