This is a one-tablet-a-day formula that provides chromium, an essential nutrient that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium tends to be depleted from food by processing and refining, and diets low in whole grains can give inadequate levels of this important trace mineral.
