Lactán is a formula of six nutrients suitable for breastfeeding and that work synergistically. Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is the backbone of our formula, being a rich source of phytoestrogens that stimulate the production of breast milk. Suitable for: ovolactovegetarians. Fenugreek and fennel help with the production / secretion of breast milk. Fenugreek helps balance the menstrual cycle after childbirth; helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and helps balance fat metabolism. [Healthy claims (EU Regulation No. 432/2012)] Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules a day. Do not use in case of pregnancy ; if you have an allergy to plants of the Asteraceae / Compositae family (daisies); or if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae (carrot) family.
