Salud Viva Potato Starch 250 g

Potato starch from Salud Viva is a superfood in fine and flavorless powder, with excellent texture, gives greater viscosity than wheat or corn starches, and allows to make more palatable products, and without the drawbacks of wheat or corn. It is used to thicken sauces and many other things, and as a binder in cake flours, batter, cookies, and ice cream. It is ideal for recipes suitable for celiacs and diabetics. Potato starch withstands higher temperatures than corn starch when used as a thickener. It is recommended to put 4 tablespoons per liter. Melt, cold, in a little of the liquid and add to the rest. Boil over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring. Season to taste.
