Suggested Use Smooth Move® capsules relieve occasional constipation (irregularly) and generally produce bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours.Take preferably at bedtime. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna leaf extract may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
