Plantaggio IS by Derbos, is a liquid food supplement with Melatonin, Vitamins, Tryptophan, Plant Extracts and Sugars. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and alleviating the subjective sensation of jet lag. The beneficial effect to fall asleep, is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. The relief of jet lag is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg, which should be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination. It is recommended to take 30 minutes before going to bed with a glass of water or infusion. Shake the vial before using. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of younger children.
