Salus Natupur 20 packets

The sachets of Natupur de Salus contain exclusively seeds from the Isphagula plant, also called banana from India or, in Latin, Plantago ovata. These seeds contain a high level of soluble dietary fiber which, in contact with water, increases in size. It is recommended to take one sachet in the morning and another in the evening, pour the contents of the sachet into approximately 100 ml of water, let it rest for a while and then drink it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light.
