Valerian root has sedative properties and is therefore indicated in cases of nervousness or anxiety and sleep disorders, improving sleep latency time and sleep quality. Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata L), is mainly based on its anxiolytic, relaxing properties, insomnia problems, stress, depression, but also has benefits for the care of damaged skin, poor digestion, has even been used for deficit disorder of attention (Adhd). Among the components of passiflora are alkaloids and flavonoids, responsible for sedative effects. It is recommended to take 4 to 6 capsules a day, divided between meals.
