Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, normal calcium levels in the blood, maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and normal muscle function. It is recommended to take 1 microtablet a day, immediately after one of the main meals (lunch or dinner), with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
