2 pots of CMC Tylos powder 200 g to make edible glue. Mixed with sugar paste, you get gum paste (= modeling clay). CMC powder is used in professional pastries. It is a food 'glue' that will allow you to stick decorative elements on your cakes. It has the advantage of sticking everything together almost instantly. Use: mix 1/2 tsp. coffee of CMC with 7 to 8 tbsp. hot water. Cover and let cool for 24 hours. The next day, add a few drops of water if needed. The edible glue obtained can be kept for 15 days in the refrigerator. Ingredients: carboxymethylcellulose. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame seeds, lupine and soy.
