The beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 3 g of psyllium integument. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Maca is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, and a source of zinc and protein. It stimulates intellectual activity and strengthens memory, supporting physical and mental performance. It is also an energizer without containing caffeine. Recommended dose for maximum benefit: 1.5g of Maca powder per day (1 teaspoonful is equivalent to 6g).
