Amino acids are in "free form", that is, they are ready to be absorbed and used by the body (they do not need to be digested). Disintegration time: Between 15 and 30 minutes. It is high potency, being only necessary one tablet a day. It can be useful in situations of stress and anxiety, being a safe and non-dependency product. Also, the naturally occurring alkylamines in L-theanine could be related to the activity of white blood cells and some studies show that L-theanine could be useful to maintain the good state of the immune system. Being also linked to the biochemical structure of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and antibodies. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily.
