Marnys Roman Sage Essential Oil obtained by steam entrainment distillation of the aerial part. Erect biannual or perennial plant, which belongs to the Labiadas family. Native to the Mediterranean region, its habitat ranges from Western Asia to Southern Europe. Various civilizations, such as the Greek, Roman, and Egyptian, are aware of its therapeutic properties based on energy and vital recovery. Sage is, along with parsley, basil and rosemary, one of the most widely used aromatic herbs in Italy. Fresh sage leaves are used with meat, poultry, and game sauces, finely cut or minced. It can be used fresh, fried in butter to make a sauce that is served to the pasta or, use the essential oil. It is recommended to always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, ...). Maximum 1 time a day.
