This product offers a vegan and vegetarian omega 3 oil alternative providing 225mg EPA and DHA per ml. Our Vegan EPA and DHA is formulated with European grown Chia seed oil to supply the full spectrum of omega 3, 6 and 9, along with natural orange oil. Directions: Using the dropper, adults take 0.5ml two to four times daily, children aged 1-12 years, half adult intake, or as recommended by your health care professional.
