Origins of Ginger Ginger is botanically known as Zingiber officinale, a spice that was considered a luxury 5,000 years ago and is now one of the most common spices utilised in the modern-day. Our Ginger tablets We provide three strength options of our Ginger tablets to suit your requirements; 1,000mg, 3,200mg and 6,400mg. We also provid four quantities to suit your ideal purchasing needs. Our Ginger tablets vary in size with the lowest dosage being only 6mm in diameter and 150mg in weight, and the largest dosage being 22mm in size with a weight of 1,800mg due to its torpedo-style tablet.Our Ginger Ultra tablets are provided in the large torpedo shape. We recommend avoiding this product if you have trouble swallowing. Please note - we recommend that both the 500 and 1,000 tablet options are more suitable for use by more than one person. This is to ensure that you are receiving full use of the product before its expiry date. For one person's use, we recommend the 120 or 240 tablet options.
