Neuro balance, emotional balance by Salus is a food supplement made from an extract of ashwagandha, a plant also known as sleep herb or Indian ginseng. It also contains passionflower, lemon balm and lavender, as well as vitamins B1, B5, B6 and B12. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 help the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function. Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of some neurotransmitters. It is recommended to take one capsule twice a day. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
