Lemongrass by Physalis exerts a purifying action on the skin and gives off a very fresh fragrance. Lemongrass is often used in foot creams. Like lemongrass, it has a repellent effect on insects. It is recommended to use by the cutaneous, oral route, by diffusion or by purifying foot bath. Oral use: 2 x daily 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoon of honey or in an infusion. Cutaneous use: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or depending on the size of the room. Purifying foot bath: Lemongras 3 gtts, tea tree 3 gtts, lavender leaf sage 2 gtts. Add to a basin of hot water and soak the feet in it for 5 to 10 min. Dry with a clean towel.
