Osteo Total by Physalis is a nutritional supplement based on plants and nutrients. Physalis Osteo total® contains Calcified Atlantic Seaweed (CASTM), a 100% natural “whole food” mineral complex, extracted from red algae, rich in calcium and presenting excellent bioavailability. Calcium, which is essential for the maintenance of a solid bone system, is here supplemented by vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D contributes to a good absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Osteo total® contains vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 (K2VITAL® Delta) doubly mixed and encapsulated. This synergy is completed by the addition of magnesium, manganese and zinc in bio-available form. Manganese supports the formation of connective tissues (such as cartilage) and contributes, like zinc and vitamin C, to the protection of cells against free radicals. It is recommended to take during meals with a little water. Its use is not convenient in people treated with coumarin anti-coagulants. Store in a cool place (max. 25ºC), dry and away from light.
