Holofit Fenugreek from Equisalud regulates insulin secretion at the level of the pancreas. It considerably reduces the hyperglycemia induced by a glucose tolerance test due to the presence of fenogrekine. Fenugreek or Fenugreek seeds are popularly used for the treatment of obesity and diabetes. Among steroidal saponins, fenogrekin is involved in the regulation of pancreatic secretions. It is recommended to take 2 capsules 15 to 20 minutes before the main meal and 1 before a second meal, or as directed by a specialist.
