Agnus Castus ST from CFN is a nutritional supplement indicated to relieve the discomfort and irregularities of the menstrual cycle. It works as an adjuvant product for the regulation of the body at the hormonal level, thanks to the ingredients from which it has been created. Vitex agnus-castus (called vitex or chasteberry) contains a wide range of active compounds, including flavonoids and a group of compounds called iridoids, including aucubin and agnuside. It is especially useful in imbalances related to excess estrogen, such as premenstrual problems and irregular menstrual cycles. It can be used together with other complementary supplements in its effects, such as vitamin B6 and evening primrose oil (evening primrose). It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day, outside of meals. They have not been described. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
