Mensan's Debittered Brewer's Yeast is a food supplement based on Saccharomyces cerevisae in flakes, which contributes to maintaining the good condition of the skin, hair and nails. Brewer's Yeast is a ferment that comes from the breakdown of gluten contained in barley, it is made up of Saccharomyces cerevisae. Brewer's yeast is rich in protein, contains all the essential amino acids, has a high amount of Lysine and lower levels of Methionine and Cysteine, sulfur-containing amino acids. It contains a significant amount of Group B vitamins and minerals (phosphates and potassium), it also has a low sodium content. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablespoons a day (5-15g.).
