Calcium With Magnesium from NaturMil is a useful food supplement for the proper development of the skeleton and muscles. It is indicated in periods of growth as well as prevention of osteoporosis in the menopausal phase and in the elderly. It is recommended to take the tablets with meals. In some individuals it can cause flatulence or transient heartburn, as well as constipation. It is not recommended in individuals with hypercalcemia, or in the autoimmune condition (sarcoidosis).
