Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal levels of calcium in the blood, to the maintenance of bones in normal conditions. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, the maintenance of teeth in normal conditions, the normal functioning of the immune system and the process of cell division. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of bones in normal conditions. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day, preferably before breakfast.
