Tensinox is a food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin, useful for muscle tension linked to daily stress. L-Tryptophan is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood. Vitamin D3 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the muscles. Magnesium also, together with niacin and vitamin B2, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Take 2 tablets a day separate from meals, with an interval of at least 10 hours between the two intakes. Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
