Berberis aristata helps maintain normal lipoprotein levels and promotes control of plasma triglycerides Milk thistle is useful for liver function, purifying functions of the body and as an antioxidant. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. It is recommended to take 1 tablet at night with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (which provides less than 3 mg of total monacolins). Food supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer during pregnancy and lactation, to young people under 18 years of age and to adults over 70 years of age.
