Terpenic Black Spruce Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves. It is a tree species belonging to the Pináceas family, originally from North America. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and expectorant properties. Ideal in case of colds, sinusitis, bronchitis or rheumatism. It is recommended for plaque sclerosis combining 6 drops Black Spruce + 5 drops Ravintsara + 4 drops Jara. On a base of 30ml of sweet almond vegetable oil. Massage into the spine once or twice a day.
