Vitex Complex by Ele2Pharma is a food supplement based on natural extracts of Vitex agnus castus, Palmitoylethanolamide and Rhodiola rosea, useful for treating PMS and reducing the associated extreme irritability and depressed mood. Vitex Complex is indicated to give relief to Premenstrual Syndrome, Premenstrual Dysphoric and latent Hyperprolacthemia. Thanks to Rhodiola rosea, it helps combat discomforts related to premenstrual syndrome, and avoid low spirits and / or irritability. It also favors the estrogen-progesterone balance. It is recommended to take 1 capsule A (White) daily. A minimum treatment duration of three months is recommended and a 1 month rest between the 7th and 12th month of treatment. It is recommended to take 1 capsule B (Green) daily from day 14 of the cycle. This dosage has an analgesic effect, thus reducing the probability of suffering discomfort. If despite this taking you feel pain in the days before and / or during the days of menstruation, then take 2 capsules in a single dose, preferably in the morning, and, from this double dose, take 1 capsule every 8-12h to maintain the analgesic effect with a maximum of 4 capsules a day, 1 every 6 hours.
