Landas pine essence has broncho-pulmonary purifying, balsamic, stimulant, analgesic, adrenal gland strengthening and firming properties. It is recommended by ingestion: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day mixed in a teaspoon of olive oil. They can also be dissolved in a food vegetable oil at a rate of 30 drops per 30 ml of vegetable oil and take 1 ml of the mixture 3 times a day. Cosmetic: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil for every 2 ml of carrier oil (normal dilution) in a bottle. Vigorously shake the mixture to ensure homogenization of the mixture. Apply next with a massage.
